What SpainVisaGuide is

SpainVisaGuide is a free information site and checklist tool for Spain's Non-Lucrative Visa and Digital Nomad Visa. We help you understand the requirements and organize your application.

What it is not

We are not a law firm, we are not immigration advisors, and we are not affiliated with the Spanish government, any consulate, or any embassy. Nothing here is legal advice. Requirements change and vary by consulate. Always confirm with the consulate handling your application before you act. We do not guarantee any visa outcome.

Your account

Accounts <pending: ships with accounts epic> will let you save and work through checklists. When they ship: keep your login details to yourself, give accurate information, and use one account per person. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Using the site fairly

Please do not:

  • scrape, copy, or republish the site's content wholesale;
  • try to break, overload, or probe the site's security;
  • use the site to break the law or to harm others.

Those services are run by other companies under their own terms and prices; we are not responsible for them, and listing one is not a guarantee about it. The guides, comparisons, and design of SpainVisaGuide are ours. You are welcome to read and share links to them; you may not republish them wholesale or pass them off as your own.

No warranty, and the limits of our liability

We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we provide it "as is". We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or error-free, and (to the extent the law allows) we are not liable for losses arising from your reliance on it or from a decision by a consulate. Your application is between you and the Spanish authorities.

Governing law
